How do I register for this site?
Just click the Sign In link on the home page. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your name, email address and password. You will be all set with your Campusmall account in a jiffy!

Tell me about your products?
We specialize in a variety of customized apparels, souvenirs, and gift articles catered to your specific occasion or event. Popular products include – Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Ts, Polos, Caps, Lowers, Coffee mugs, Beer Mugs, etc.
How do I buy the item I want?
Browse through the dedicated eStore for your school or college and find a product that appeals to you.
You can have a quick view of the product or click through to get detailed information about it. Once you find the design in the size that you want, enter the quantity and click 'Add to Cart'. This will add that item in that size to your shopping cart. This will be indicated by a message that will flash on your screen.
You can add multiple items by just repeating the above procedure.
Once you are done adding products to cart you can click on the 'My Cart' on the right top corner to review the items you have selected.
You then proceed to check-out and enter relevant shipping details.
In the last step, you proceed to Billing where you will have to select the mode of payment. Shipping charges will be shown per your the delivery address. For online payments, you will be taken to a secure bank interface where you can make the payment in a completely safe way. You can also opt for the Cash On Delivery (COD) facility at a nominal fee for the comfort to pay when you receive the shipment in cash.
You will receive an e-mail from us once your order is shipped. Once this is done, your order cannot be cancelled.
How can I pay for my order?
To make sure you have no hassles in getting your hands on the CampusMall products, we have provided you with a variety of methods of payment as below:
Cash on Delivery: You can order the item and pay for it when it reaches you. We charge a nominal amount of Rs. 25-Rs 50/- (depending on your order basket) for the comfort of paying in cash once you have your hands on the packet.
Is the site secure?
We adopt stringent security measures to ensure that critically sensitive information, such as your personal information and credit card details, are well protected. You can be rest assured that any personal information given to us will never be disclosed to any third parties. Personal information and credit card details are encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet to the payment gateway. We do not store any credit card details for security reasons.
Can I track my order status?
Yes, you can visit the Order History page in your profile. This will show you whether your order is pending or is dispatched. We have several shipping partners including Blue Dart that will ensure seamless delivery and tracking from the time we dispatch to the time you receive the package at your doorstep. In case you have not received your order in 7-10 days time, please reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an update.
Can I pick up CampusMall products from a store?
In case you can’t wait for delivery, you can drop by our office at CampusMall Pvt. Ltd. 505 Milinda Manor, RNT Marg, Indore (M.P.) 452001 and pick up any CampusMall merchandise you like. Give us a call in advance and we will keep the order ready for pick up.
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship all our orders through Blue Dart and Speed Post couriers. We ship orders to anywhere in India and to 72 countries around the world.

Can I return my order if required?
Absolutely, If you are not happy with what you got, you can send it back to us and it will be replaced with any other design you want. This needs to be done within 7 days of having received the order. Please do make sure that the piece is returned in the condition you received it in with original bags, tags, etc. Once the item has been used, it cannot be returned.
